Hey all,
I just got to vent a little bit.  I just put in an offer on my first home on Friday, waited all friggin weekend to see if the woman would accept the offer, when low and behold I come back into my office only to hear that the woman didnt disclose that she not only has financial trouble, but is under water on her friggin home loan.  Would have been good to know before I put in an offer.  Sorry about this not being NASCAR, but god, If you cant afford to friggin move, then dont try to sell your house,  Again sorry, have a great day

If shes way behind on mortgage payments then wait for the bank to foreclose on the home and then buy it as a HUD Home and save some cash that way.

Don't worry. I'm looking for my first home too man. I was turned down on my only offer so far due to circumstances out my hands as well. Just means there's something out there better suited for you. Keep your head up. God bless
