PLEASE HELP!

Okay, so starting back at the NASCAR Banking 500, I feel as though my intrest in Nascar has declined. I am very afraid that I am losing my favorite sport.

I used to write NASCAR Sprint Cup Series, Nationwide Series etc... all over my school books, now I don't. I used to think about NASCAR atleast 75% of the day, just day dreaming about it, now I just focus. I used to be excited for the next race every day of the week, now its just Saturday and Sunday.

This is such a sickening feeling, and I don't know what it is.

I LOVE NASCAR, there is no doubt about it, but I just am beginning to have bad thoughts, those such as "just left turns." mainly because I am centered around it when I talk about Nascar at school.

I know Nascar is always going to be a part of me, but I just cannot seem to deal, or be calm in this situation that I am in. How can I stop it. I don't want my mind to talk myself out of liking NASCAR, I don't know how I could live without Nascar, or even function correctly.

I know that these forums aren't for people with life problems, but I just need some help. Thanks.

Forum: NASCAR Chat

Rookie Dirt Car Collector

I just got the Schatz STP dirt car and I instantly fell in love with it. The only reason i bought it in the first place was because I've always loved the STP orange, but now that I see it, WOW. So I'm new to dirt racing. I've been to a few races at the local track, but never really paid attention to the drivers names, minus maybe a few local celebrities around here.
So, I'm guessing my question is two things. First, who to watch? I don't know anything about the drivers, whose big, whose not, and so forth. I mean Kinser, and the NASCAR guys obviously are big names, but that's it for me. Is there somewhere I should start looking/reading?
Second, what cars should I look for to build a collection. What are some of the coolest pieces out there? I have in my collection the Schatz, a Yeley, a Irwin and a J. Gordon. Is there any benefit to one brand over another (MA/Action vs R&R vs Racing Champions).
I'm really a n00b to this.

Forum: Rookie Diecast Collector

1/64 Cars?

Ever think about carrying these? I ask because I only collect the 1/24 Mark Martin cars because they cost a lot more lol. I do collect the 1/64 cars of other drivers though (have since I was kid, now I'm 21 and still do lol). I have over 1000 1/64 cars, loose (only keep the Mark Martin cars in the plastic). Anyways, my town only has a WalMart and unless you are a Jr. fan, you are out of luck on the selection most the time. Just a thought.

Forum: Give Us Feedback

Flex-fit pit caps?

Maybe someone on here can at least point me in the right direction. I'm confused as to why all the drivers and pit crew members are able to wear flex-fit pit caps, and the only kind available for fans are the ones with the velcro closure. Is there a way to purchase a flex-fit cap, or at least contact MA asking what it takes to get one? I saw a picture of the 2010 pit caps and they look pretty cool compared to recent ones, but if they were flex-fit it would be awesome.

Thanks.

Forum: Racing Apparel
